Now those of you that know me know I love Arsenal right but when I got invited down to train with the Chelsea Ladies Football Club I didn’t know what to do but the boss said Max this is work..then the girls made me wear the kit…boy it was hard!!
But on the real I loved the day and shout-out to Leanna and all the girls for not kicking my legs in!!

1xtra Live..was big!!!! 5,000 peeps, massive DJS like Semtex, Trevor Nelson, Rampage, Westwood and the likes of Akon, Estelle, Chris Brown, Kelly Rowland, Lupe Fiasco and Wiley on stage at Ricoh Arena in Coventry!! I was presenting live backstage shows with my boy Seani B….it was so much fun and I remember meeting alot of cute boys lol!!

The Olympics was all about one man The Bolt, he is the fastest man in the world Jamaican sprinter Usain Bolt, I had reporters on my show covering the whole event we were in Beijing and day by day my show let you know who was winning and who was losing. Well done to Team GB who were wicked!!

Now I’m a huge film boffin and this year I have spent alot of time at the cinema watching films like The Dark Knight, Quantum Of Solace, No Country For Old Men, Sex And The City and the surperb Adulthood. The director and star of the film Noel Clarke did a special Q&A with kids about the film I hosted it and let me tell you the kids gave him lots of stick check out what happened here

Also Mobo Awards 2008..well what can I say each year is eventful right? Congrats to Dizzee, Leona Chris Brown Chipmunk and Estelle who all deserved awards! Again I was working backstage my highlight was meeting the legend that is Billy Ocean!!!

There are so many other things that have happened this year but I will be blogging all night so I think I will end with the most important one, America now has it’s first ever Black President none of us could of ever predicted this would happen no matter how much we may of wished it to. On my show this year we have covered the US Election in such a big way, I have spoken to the likes of Ludacris and Wil I Am on why they voted Obama aswell as had reporters live in New York, Atlanta and Chicago. Jay Z Beyonce Mary J Blige even Oprah got in on the mix!!
