9 Year Old Kid Gives Dating Advice?

Alec Greven, a 9 year old kid from Colorado, has written a book to give guys advice on how to chirpse girls. He was on my show today sounding mad cute but on the real a 9 year old giving advice on how to get your swagger on with the girls seems bit wrong! How To Talk To Girls. The book, has become a New York Times best-seller.
Alex says
“I just observed around the playground how boys mess up and what mistakes they make. A lot of boys made the wrong conversations or they couldn’t get over it when a girl dumped them.”

“Your goal is to make sure she does most of the talking so then you can’t mess up. The best choice for most boys is a regular girl. Remember some pretty girls are cold-hearted when it comes to boys,”

On breaking-up Alex says
“You say something like, ‘I don’t think this is really going to work but would you like to be friends”
On being dumped,
“I say, life is hard, move on. If you can’t get over it, it’s ruined.”
Alec is working on several follow-ups to How To Talk To Girls.

The boy is gonna be able to retire before he hits 15!!
